A key element of my School Counseling practice will be efficient and intentional use of time. My goal is to spend at least 80% of my time in direct and indirect services. I will establish and maintain connections with students through visibility and relationship building both directly and indirectly with a focus on short-term support for the purpose of success in the following domains: academic, career planning, social and emotional development.
